All products for sale are described as accurately as possible. Images may differ slightly from the actual product for technical or production reasons. Moranduzzo International S.r.l. is not liable for non-substantial differences.
3. Prices
Prices are expressed in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and clearly indicated before the order is confirmed.

- Italy: 24/48 working hours
- Europe and rest of the world: within 96 working hours
- Order handling: immediate, within 12 hours

- Italy: €5.90 for orders below €49.00; free for orders above
- Europe: €11.99 (flat rate)
- Rest of the world: €39.99 (flat rate)
We ship via express couriers (e.g. GLS, DHL, UPS). The tracking code is sent by email at the time of dispatch.

Bank details are provided by email after the order is confirmed.
6. Invoicing
The electronic invoice is issued automatically and sent through the Italian Interchange System (SDI). Please enter your details correctly when placing the order.
7. Right of withdrawal and returns policy
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days of delivery — a longer period than the 14-day minimum set by Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code). To request a return:
- write to [email protected] with the subject «Return Request Order #[number]»;
- the product must be intact, unused and in its original packaging;
- return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of a defective product.
The refund is issued within 14 working days of receipt of the return, via the original payment method. Returns are not accepted for personalised items or for sealed products opened after delivery.
8. Legal guarantee
Products are covered by a 24-month legal guarantee in the event of a lack of conformity. The guarantee is valid provided the product has been used correctly and kept in its original condition.
9. User account
By registering on the site, you warrant that the details entered are correct. You are responsible for the security of your account login credentials.
10. Limitation of liability
Moranduzzo International S.r.l. is not liable for delays, damage or malfunctions caused by force majeure, improper use of the products, or external responsibilities not attributable to the company.
11. Data protection

12. Intellectual property

13. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by Italian law. In the event of disputes, the competent court is that of the consumer’s place of residence in Italy or the Court of Rome.
