2. Products
All products for sale are described as accurately as possible. Images may differ slightly from the actual product for technical or production reasons. Moranduzzo International S.r.l. is not responsible for any non-substantial differences.
3. Prices
Prices are in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and clearly stated prior to order confirmation.
4. Shipping
Handling and Delivery Times
- Italy: 24/48 working hours
- Europe and the rest of the world: within 96 working hours
- Order handling: immediate (within 12 hours)
Shipping Costs
- Italy: £5.90 for orders under £49.00 – free for orders over £49.00
- Europe: €11.99 (single rate)
- Rest of the world: $39.99 (single rate)
Couriers Used
We ship via express couriers (e.g., GLS, DHL, UPS). Tracking code will be sent via email upon shipment.
5. Methods of Payment
- PayPal
- Bank Transfer in Advance
- Cash on delivery (in Italy only, with a surcharge of €4.90)
Bank details will be provided via email after order confirmation.
6. Billing
The electronic invoice is automatically issued and sent through the Interchange System (SDI). Be sure to enter your information correctly when placing your order.
7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns Policy
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days after delivery, according to Leg. 206/2005.
How to request a return:
- Write to [email protected] with subject line “Request Return Order #[number]”
- The product must be undamaged, unused and in the original packaging
- Return charges are the responsibility of the customer (unless defective product)
A refund will be issued within 7 business days of receiving the return, via the original payment method.
Exceptions:
Returns are not accepted for customized items or sealed products opened after delivery.
8. Legal Warranty
Products are covered by a 24-month legal warranty in case of conformity defects. The warranty is valid if the product has been properly used and stored in its original condition.
9. User Account
By registering on the site, you guarantee that the information you enter is correct. You are responsible for the security of your account credentials.
10. Limitation of Liability
Moranduzzo International S.r.l. will not be responsible for delays, damages, or malfunctions caused by force majeure, misuse of products, or external responsibilities not attributable to the company.

12. Intellectual Property

13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by Italian law. In case of disputes, the place of jurisdiction shall be that of the consumer residing in Italy or the Court of Rome.
