We want every purchase to feel serene. If a gift turns out not to be the right one, returning it is simple: here is how returns and refunds work.
Right of withdrawal — 30 days
On moranduzzo.com you have the right to return one or more products within 30 days of receipt, in accordance with European and international consumer protection regulations.
Conditions for a return
For a return to be accepted, products must be:
- in original condition, undamaged and unused;
- returned in their original packaging, with any accessories and labels;
- accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or email receipt).
Our items are Made in Italy, often crafted by hand: they may show slight differences from the images on the site. These are the signature of craftsmanship, not a defect, and are not grounds for complaint.
How to make a return
- Write to [email protected] within 30 days of delivery, stating your order number and the reason for the return.
- Wait for authorisation and the return instructions.
- Ship the product following the instructions you receive.
Who bears the shipping costs
- The customer, in the case of a change of mind or a return for personal reasons.
- Moranduzzo, if the product is damaged, defective or incorrect — subject to verification with photographs.
Refund policy
Once the returned product has been received and checked, we issue the refund within 14 working days, to the same payment method used for the order, unless otherwise agreed.
If you have received a damaged product, please contact us with photographs attached within 48 hours of receipt.
Changes to this policy
Moranduzzo International S.r.l. reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Changes take effect from the moment they are published on the site.
