1. Right of Withdrawal – 30 Days
At moranduzzo.com you have the right to return one or more purchased products within 30 days of receipt, in accordance with European and international consumer protection regulations.
2. Conditions for Return
In order to accept a return, products must be:
- In original, undamaged and unused condition
- Returned in original packaging with any accessories or labels
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or email receipt)
Our items are Made in Italy and often handmade: there may be slight differences from the images on the site. These features are an added value and do not constitute grounds for complaint.
3. How to Make a Return
- Email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery, stating the order number and reason for return
- Wait for authorization and instructions for return
- Ship the product following the directions received
4. Who bears the Shipping Costs?
- Customer: in case of change of mind or return for personal reasons
- Seller: if the product is damaged, defective or wrong (after verification with photos)
5. Refund Policy
Once we receive and verify the returned product, we will process the refund within 14 business days.
The refund will be made to the same payment method used for the order, unless otherwise agreed.
If you received a damaged product, please contact us with photos attached within 48 hours of receipt.
