Placing an order online is so easy:

Deliveries

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email.

When your order is shipped, at the same time we send you a confirmation e-mail, where there is the tracking code and the link to the shipping page of your order.

The expected delivery date is the one that was given to you at the time of purchase, you can check it in the order confirmation email you received after purchase. Also check your junk mail box in case you don’t find the shipping confirmation email.

We send you an email only at the time of shipment, when your order leaves our warehouse.
Your order will be delivered on the day indicated in the order detail. We encourage you to view the shipment on the courier page, thanks to the tracking link you can find in the shipment confirmation email.

Returns and Returns

Of course, for us you come first and it is essential that you are satisfied.
Should you change your mind, you can decide to return the purchased product and you will be refunded.

The request for withdrawal must be received within 14 calendar days after receipt of the order, by writing an email [email protected] , describing the reason and the order number that you can retrieve in your personal area or in the email that was sent to you during the order confirmation.

For orders where you wish to execute a return, (so new, undamaged products), shipping costs are your responsibility and the product must be returned in its original packaging.

Refund will be made within 7 business days from the date of receipt of the product in our warehouses.

We recommend that you check the condition of the packaging and products received at the time of pickup. We put the utmost care and attention in packing and shipping packages, but some inconvenience, independent of our will, may happen.

If the package is damaged or the sealing tapes are not intact, indicate on the receiving document the words “Reserve control goods for…” with a description of the problem.

Email us at [email protected], describing the problem, attaching photos of the damage to the product and any damage to the packaging. You can request a replacement product or a refund. We will arrange the pickup and you will be notified of the date and time when the courier will come by. You won’t have to print shipping labels for pickup; we’ll take care of everything.

Refund will be made within 7 business days from the date of receipt of the product in our warehouses.

The missing product will be sent to you immediately once we run our internal and courier checks. You will clearly not have to pay new shipping costs.

In the event that the missing product is no longer in stock, we will immediately make a refund for it.

The wrong product will be picked up at our expense and the product matching your order will be sent to you immediately. You will not have to pay any additional shipping charges.
